Adminstrator's Bio

When I was in college working toward completing my degree in Multi-Media Visual Communications, digital photography was blooming and somehow buying a DSLR felt right. Many of my assignments required some type of photography and taking my own photos for projects just made sense. Why use photos taken by someone else when I could use my own.

I had enough money after paying for courses to buy an entry level camera and found myself at the display counter going back and forth between Nikon and Canon; noticed an Olympus Evolt and bought it. You might say I fell for the differential.

Not long after, that camera became a large part of who I was (and who I am). I was taking photos for courses, blogs, ad templates, presentations; photographing local events just for fun, and even did my own daughter's wedding. I took my DSLR everywhere, and people began referring to me as the girl with the camera. If someone didn't see me with the camera, it was like sounding an alarm for a three alarm fire.

However, life changes took me away from photography for a couple years, and I wasn't able to upgrade my equipment until recently. I purchased my first mirrorless camera; Olympus OM-D E- M5 Mark II, and it is amazing. It came in early October, and I've only skimmed the surface of the camera's capabilities; most of the photos you're seeing on the blog are products of engagement. I'm marrying this line and looking forward to creating some awesome stuff.
