PixelSure photography isn’t my brainchild; it’s not even my child. It’s the product of many attempts to find a name for this blog, a name that someone hadn’t already come up with. Would you believe names like “Pelican Shores Photography” were already claimed. It’s like every time I thought I had a good original name it was right back to the drawing board (cliché).
Beating around the beach- old local with the camera. Taking roadside pics of wildflowers and beach sunsets golden hour- blue. My brother started asking me why I didn’t sell my photographs. He was truly insistent even though I’d come up with excuses such as; I don’t have any collections together, I’m just learning long exposure, and so on until I finally opened an account on Fine art America. Needless to say; my brother doesn’t rag on me about putting my works up for sale anymore. And I can be completely okay with that.
Truth be known, I’ve been shooting locally in Northwest Florida for about two decades; it’s been the last 16years that I’ve gotten serious about my hobby. I don’t shoot professionally but I do enjoy taking photos. There’s just something special about capturing a tiny grasshopper- macro or a good blue hour horizon. I’m not into the art of photography to compete, I’m into photography to capture family moments, monitor environmental influx, and create works of art. And if you’d like to purchase any of my works you can on the shop page.
Thank you for visiting PixelSure Photography.
